In this section we wish to clarify any doubts regarding the general conditions of sale, warranty terms and transport costs.

ORDERING METHOD
Internet orders:
Choose the item, open the tab where necessary, choose the size and click on the "ADD TO CART" button.
Now you can continue adding other items or finish the purchase.
If you decide to close the order VIEW THE CART and select the country from which you place the order to select the shipping costs and click on "CASH". The link to the PayPal site will automatically open where you can make the payment through a PayPal account or any credit card.
It is possible to place the order by bank transfer by selecting CHECKOUT WITH BANK TRANSFER. You will be sent an email confirming the order with the amount including shipping costs and the details for the transfer. In Italy 10 € and for purchases of 50 € shipping is free.
For the rest of EUROPE, view the shipping costs for your country directly in the shopping cart.
Waiting times are variable and depend on the presence in the warehouse of all the requested products.
In case of urgent orders you can proceed by placing the order, and sending us an email to info@erresseravenna.com where you specify the urgency, in this way we will respond by communicating any waiting times as precisely as possible; if the waiting times do not satisfy you, you can ask for the cancellation of the order with possible refund if you have already made the payment.
With the shipment of the package you will receive the accompanying invoice.

Upon delivery it is advisable to check the integrity of the package, in case of anomalies collect the package with "reserve", indicating in the delivery document "RECEIVED WITH RESERVE".
It is important that any complaints are immediately expressed to the carrier, otherwise the goods will be considered accepted.
Minimum order:
The minimum order is € 20 excluding shipping costs.
Guarantee
perfumum.it offers the "SATISFIED or MONEY BACK" guarantee pursuant to Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n ° 185, with this guarantee the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal without specifying the reason, within 10 DAYS from receipt of the goods.
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending a RECOMMENDED AR to ERRESSE di Sirotti Roberto Via Romea 150N - 48121 Ravenna (RA).
The costs of returning the goods are TOTALLY CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER, cash on delivery packages will not be accepted, the customer must return the goods in their original and intact packaging, with the exception of products without seal or wrapping (enamels, masks, lacquers etc. ) once the products have been received (The company reserves the right to verify any damage or defects in products not derived from transport) we will, in the shortest possible time, credit the customer with the cost of the returned products as indicated in the shipping note.
